What are the costs for delivery?
Keoma Pty Ltd offer the following types of delivery:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within Australia)
For all orders over $250 we offer free express postage.
We dispatch all of our orders from our Keoma Store in Fitzroy, Melbourne and use Australia Parcel Post and Express Post services to deliver orders to you. Any orders below this threshold will incur a postage fee at the checkout.
For all orders under $250:
Standard Postage - $12
From time of dispatch:
- Same State: 1 - 4 business days
- Interstate: 2 - 8 business days.
Express Postage - $18
- Same State: 1 - 2 business days
- Interstate: 1 - 3 business days.
To ensure your parcel is delivered to you safely, we require signature on delivery with all of our orders. Please make sure to provide us with an address where there is a trusted person to sign for and accept your delivery.
If you have missed your delivery, it will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office to be collected at a later date.
Online purchases are able to be arranged for pick up in-store at Keoma store at no charge. These orders are processed within 24hrs and a pick up notification will be sent to you to let you know when you are able to come in.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DHL Express (International)
- New Zealand: 2 - 5 business days | $50 AUD
- International (Europe, North America, Asia): 1 - 2 business weeks | $65 AUD
We use DHL express for all of our international orders. Once the parcel leaves Australia it will be handled and processed by your countrys' DHL service. Any customs fees or taxes incurred when the parcel arrives at the destination country is the buyers responsibility.
If DHL express is unavailable, we will default to Australia Post Standard International Post. Once the parcel leaves Australia it will be handled and processed by your countrys' national postal service. Any customs fees or taxes incurred when the parcel arrives at the destination country is the buyers responsibility.
Australia Post International Standard
- International (New Zealand): 1 – 2 business weeks | $25 AUD
These delivery times are only an estimate, however we'll try our best to have your parcel arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please make sure you provide a correct and accurate delivery address as we cannot take responsiblity for incorrect/stolen/missing deliveries in these cases.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and incur no charge whatsoever. Please email keomaretail@keoma.com.au or call Keoma Store on (03) 9968 6610 to notify the team on any cancellations and any subsequent refunds.
When will my purchase arrive?
Keoma Pty Ltd provides you with tracking number so you can view the progress of your order. The time indicated starts from when the goods leave our despatch. You can usually expect your order to be despatched within 48 business hours.
Please note that due events such as, busy holiday periods throughout the year, industry strikes and occurances out of our control, and any changes in the delivery service that we employ, may impact your delivery time. These delivery times are only an estimate, however we will endeavour to have your parcel arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please make sure you enter in your delivery address accurately as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect/stolen/missing deliveries in these cases.

Delivery conditions
Keoma Pty. Ltd. recommends that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.
Our parcels from Australia Post will require a signature on delivery so that we may deliver our parcels securely to our customers.
If you are not at home or place of delivery to sign for the parcel, the delivery person will leave a card informing you at which local post office it can be collected.
Product and stock availability
At Keoma Pty. Ltd. we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. As we hold a large variety of brands and products some items will be only available in limited amounts, and we cannot guarantee that an item can be restocked. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a consultant will contact you with anticipated delivery dates or provide you with an exchange or refund where possible.
Receipt
All customers of Keoma Pty. Ltd. will receive a receipt of purchase with the order. Please refer to the order number that was emailed to you in your order confirmation, should you have any enquiries regarding your order.
Your tax receipt can be printed or emailed out for your referral.
Delivery information
Keoma Pty. Ltd. understands when purchasing items through our store, customers want the most reliable and effective service used to deliver their goods on time. We use Australia Post Standard, Australia Post Express, Australia Post Standard International post services, DHL express, and can offer click and collect from our retail location.
