The BIRKENSTOCK Suede Brush is particularly suitable for cleaning suede, for example the footbed lining of most of our sandals. Thanks to the special brush head, dust and minor dirt can be removed effectively. The brush can also be used after waterproofing to fluff up the fibers.

  • Application: The BIRKENSTOCK Suede Brush is not an application brush but rather intended for dry cleaning. It can be used for the initial cleaning of suede to remove coarse dirt. It can furthermore be used after waterproofing with the BIRKENSTOCK Protector to fluff up the fibers.

Birkenstock Care Guide

To extend the life of your Birkenstocks they should be stored away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Unless it's a water-friendly EVA style, Birkenstocks should not be immersed in water - this will damage the cork footbed over time.

For any leather/suede uppers, use a leather conditioner and suede brush to maintain the finish and surface of the leathers. Vegan and EVA styles can be wiped with a soft damp cloth.

Almost all Birkenstock styles can be repaired at any certified workshop.
