Niue Honey Company was originally founded in 1999, by Andy Cory,
one of the Pacific’s leading apiculturists and a specialist queen
breeder. After many years of building up the stocks to sustainable
levels (with the minor setback of almost being completely wiped out
by a cyclone and watching his house disappear into the sea!) the bees
were buzzing and ready to share their exquisite gift with the world.
Niue Honey brand was developed and released it in New Zealand
in 2019 where it was received very well at gourmet stores, specialty
food retailers and luxury lifestyle & gift stores.

Niue Honey protects and preserves the world’s last-known significant and
sufficiently isolated colony of clean, healthy honey bees. The honey these bees
produce is rare, exquisite and will become highly sought after. Their goal is to
transcend the honey category and become a luxury staple - a decadent
addition to their customers’ culinary and wellness routines

Store below 20°C, away from direct sunlight. Best unrefrigerated. If honey crystallines in cold weather , submerge bottle in warm water.
