The Suri plate by Mujun makes cooking fun and easy. Featuring a rough ceramic surface for grating ingredients into fine paste with surprisingly little effort. An essential Japanese kitchen tool to grate fruits and vegetables such as radish, wasabi, ginger, and pears. Simply grind your ingredient in a circular motion on the ceramic teeth and the grounds will catch in the grooves of the plate.

Mujin is a collection of young designers from Kobe Japan, celebrating traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The Japanese Knives are made in Miki City in Hyogo Prefecture, a region of Japan with the longest history of forging in Japan.

The suri plate can be rinsed with mild soap and water and is dishwasher safe.

Do not place in the microwave, oven or stovetop.

The ceramic teeth are quite sharp so make sure you have a safe grip around the ingredients as you're grinding.
