There are so many riffs on this dead set classic, and for good reason. It’s absolutely delicious. Ultra Culture's take on sriracha blends fire roasted red peppers, red jalapeños, loads of ginger and buckets of lime juice. One of their finest creations. They are very proud of this one!
Flavours: Sweet, spicy and sour
Pairing: Herby, asian dishes, prawn spring rolls and rice dishes like congee. Amazing with roast pork or mixed with honey and soy for an incredible marinade or dipping sauce
