A brand new addition to the line-up and Ultra Culture's first mustard based sauce. This Barbados style is made with Ultra Culture's very own house-made yellow mustard, too.
Flavours: Tropical fruit, hot mustard, warm spices. It has good kick to it, also.
Pairing: Sweet and sour dishes like agrodolce, battered fish, pumpkin soup or grilled chicken. Or go completely off the rails and put it on a snag in bread.
