This blend reimagines salt through the elegance of French dining. We start with soaking Himalayan salt in organic Hawke’s Bay Pinot Noir so the crystals absorb the wine’s fruity, softly tannic notes and take on a deep dusk-red hue. Inspired by classic Provençal herbs, the salt is layered with rosemary, thyme, celery, dill, coriander, and black pepper. Finally, Black Doris plum adds richness and colour, while juniper and sumac lift with sweetness and acidity. The result is a vivid, aromatic salt that brings a touch of refinement and elegance to any dish.
Ingredients: Himalayan pink salt, organic red wine (20%), black doris plum (7%), sumac, pepper, rosemary, dill, coriander, celery seed, juniper, thyme. Contains celery. May contain traces of sesame.
