TAION's Military Line combines durable high performance textiles and military-style hardware with Taion's lightweight down.

Inspired by traditional MA-1 fighter pilot jackets, this is Taion's interpretation of the classic bomber jacket created with the brand's classic 800FP lightweight down.

The jacket features an relaxed cut bomber silhouette with a front zip opening, front patch pockets, and ribbed cuffs and hem to keep the elements out and retain body heat. As a charactaristic of the Military Line, the jacket also has slit zippers on both sides to offer you a better range of motion and room for layering.

Story Behind the Brand

TAION (Tie-On) "体温" - named after the Japanese word for "body temperature" launched in 2016 in Japan as a fashion-utility brand specialising in high-performance inner downs. Pairing considered construction techniques and responsibly collected down practices allows their products to stand the test of time. TAION focuses on everyday and classic styling focusing their designs on inner down jackets to allow the wearer to layer and move throughout their day with ease and comfort.

Taion Care Guide

Prepare a washbowl of 30°C lukewarm water, with some mild detergent and if spot cleaning stains use a soft brush or cloth. Submerge the down and gently press the garment about 20 times, after soak the item for about 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Place the down in a wash bag and spin-dry the down for a minute in the washing machine. Do not wring the item or place in a drier as this may cause damage to the fabric or down. Before drying, loosen the down and hang to dry in the shade.
