What are the costs for delivery?
Keoma Pty Ltd offers free delivery with in Australia for orders over $150.
For any orders under $150 will incur a charge of $10 for standard postage and $15 for express service.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and incur no charge whatsoever. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Keoma Store on (03) 9948 7872 to notify the team on any cancellations and any subsequent refunds.
When will my purchase arrive?
Keoma Pty Ltd provides you with tracking number so you can view the progress of your order. The time indicated starts from when the goods leave our despatch. You can usually expect your order to be despatched within 48 business hours.
Please note that due to covid-19 restrictions, this may impact your delivery time. These delivery times are only an estimate, however we will endeavour to have your parcel arrive safely and in a timely manner.
If your parcel hasn't arrived in the expected time frame, please email the team at email@example.com or call (03) 9948 7872 and we will assit you in anyway we can.
TNT Road Express:
- Within Autralia: 1-3 business days days
Australia Post Standard:
- Same state: 1–4 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 2–8 business days
Australia Post Express:
- Same state :1-4 business days
Australia Post express cannot at this state offer a next day delivery guarentee due to Covid-19 restrictions therefore, the delivery times have now changed. Please visit Australia Post for more information.
Keoma Pty Ltd recommends that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.
If no-one is available at the time of delivery and the item is sent via TNT, they have 'authority to leave' if safe to do so. If they do not deem it safe, they will leave a card instructing you to call for redelivery or collection from the depot or a safe drop collection point.
If your parcel has been sent via Australia Post and no one is home, they will leave the parcel in secure place where possible, otherwise they will leave a card informing you at which local post office it can be collected.
At Keoma Pty Ltd we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. As we hold a large variety of brands and products some items will be only available in limited amounts, and we cannot guarantee that an item can be restocked. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a consultant will contact you with anticipated delivery dates.
All customers of Keoma Pty Ltd will receive a receipt of purchase with the order. Please refer to the order number that was emailed to you in your order confirmation, should you have any enquiries regarding your order.
Your tax receipt can be printed or emailed out for your referral.
Keoma Pty Ltd understands when purchasing items through our store, customers want the most reliable and effective service used to deliver their goods on time. We use TNT Road or Overnight express, Australia Post and can offer click and collect from our retail location.
