You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and incur no charge whatsoever. To enquire as to whether your order has been shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or for a faster response, call online sales on 1800 623 423 (option 1).
What are the costs for delivery?
Keoma Pty Ltd offers FREE delivery for ALL orders.
When will my purchase arrive?
Keoma Pty Ltd provides you with an estimated arrival period for each delivery. This period is the normal time taken to deliver goods to your area. The time indicated starts from when the goods leave our despatch. You can usually expect your order to be despatched within 48 business hours.
Keoma Pty Ltd recommends that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.
If no-one is available at the time of delivery and the item is sent via TNT, they have 'authority to leave' if safe to do so. If they do not deem it safe, they will leave a card instructing you to call for redelivery or collection from the depot or a safe drop collection point.
If your parcel has been sent via Australia Post Express and no one is home, they will leave a card informing you at which local post office it can be collected.
At Keoma Pty Ltd we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a consultant will email you with anticipated delivery dates or will advise you of an independent retailer who currently has stock of that item for you to purchase from.
All customers of Keoma Pty Ltd will receive a receipt of purchase in the box. Please refer to the order number that was emailed to you in your order confirmation, should you have any enquiries regarding your order.
Your tax receipt can be printed out for your referral.
Keoma Pty Ltd understands when purchasing items through our store, customers want the most reliable and effective service used to deliver their goods on time. We use TNT overnight express, Couriers Please (Melbourne Metro) and Australia Post Express. If you have a preference, please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges
Keoma Pty Ltd is dedicated to providing their customers with quality products, ensuring that each transaction results in a satisfactory shopping experience. All products can be returned for an exchange or refund if the product is faulty, does not fit correctly or is not suitable. All returns for change of size or change of mind must be sent via a traceable service at the expense of the customer.
Any returns for refunds or exchanges should first be advised either via email to firstname.lastname@example.org Once you have contacted us and receieved authorisation please return your order within 14 days of receiving.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in a new, unused, and unworn condition. We request that you do not write on the box or use sticky tape on it. Upon receipt of your returned products, Keoma Pty Ltd will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods providing they meet our standard conditions for return. All returns for refunds or exchanges must be sent prepaid for the full price by a traceable carrier.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The products are marked, damaged or show signs of wear
- The products are not returned in their original condition
- The products are not returned with the original box or packaging
- Due to the intimate nature of and for OHS reasons socks cannot be returned if the packaging has been removed,
We will contact you if the items you have returned do not comply with our returns policy and are not eligable for a refund.
If the products purchased at Keoma Pty Ltd are damaged upon delivery, Keoma Pty Ltd will replace them on the condition that written notification of their damage is advised to our online team within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be returned to the offices of Keoma Pty Ltd within 7 working days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Keoma Pty Ltd will naturally reimburse you for any postage charges you incur if the product/s are found to be damaged in transit.
Credit card refunds will take 5-10 days to clear from the day of refund.
