A collaboration hot sauce by Moon Dog brewery and Ultra Culture. Imagine you're eating Mexican food in a bar owned by an Italian, somewhere in South East Asia. Sweet, sour and balanced, this mild saucey offering is incredibly drinkable - just like the Moon Dog Lager that went into it.
Ingredients: Pineapple, Moon Dog lager, red white vinegar, darkly roasted onion, green and red chillies, carrot, raisins, brown sugar, tamarind, salt, fresh corriander, fennel seeds, cinnamon.
