Returns and Exchanges
For any full priced or sale items purchased online that are unworn and in new condition, and still in its original packaging, we offer exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note we do not offer returns on objects of an intimate nature (earrings, socks, and undergarments) or that are perishable (food and pantry items) for OH&S reasons.

Freitag Order Policy
For Freitag online purchases, due to high demand and to maintain fairness with all customers, there is a limit of 3 items per customer within a 24 hour period. Any orders that exceed this limit may be revised at the discretion of the Keoma team.
